TikTok Shop's Content Policy (updated 09/25/2026) says product demonstrations cannot show changes in scale, material, color, bundle quantity, lighting effects, movement, installation method or surface compatibility. It also says AI-generated content must match the real product, including quantity and included accessories. A three-pack in the listing means three on screen, not five.

What has to match

The policy lists the attributes AI content must be consistent with the product and its description page.

ColorEvery color shown is a listed variant

Included accessoriesOnly items in the box appear as included
CompatibilityStated fits are in the listing

Pull exact frames

Video frames returns exact stills at source size, always as a 202 job, from at[] timestamps or fps. Use at for the shots where the product is laid out, such as the unboxing flat lay and the final hero.

Count and fix

Count units and accessories in each still and write the count next to the listing's bundle. If a generated shot adds an extra unit, regenerate it with the listing photo as a reference, or cut it out with video trim. Save the counts with the clip name; reviewers care about what you promoted, and the record shows you checked.
