TikTok Shop's Black Friday creator challenge page lists sample selection from October 18 to October 31, up to five samples, required hashtags #TikTokShopBlackFriday and #TikTokShopCyberMonday, and double points November 26 to December 1. A seller can use Sume to make a short, silent product brief for creators in that window. The brief is a reference for creators, not content to post in their place.

The dates

Dates and rules below are from TikTok's page. The challenge runs from November 1 to December 1.

A brief clip, not a substitute

TikTok Shop's video quality page requires a creator on camera for the content that counts, and its AI policy requires disclosure. A product brief for creators should therefore show the product, the key claims and the shots you want, and then stop. It is for the creator to read.

A good brief is 8 to 15 seconds: the product turning, the label legible, a text line for each point you want covered. Build it from your packshot with an image-to-video model, then add the text lines with video captions using authored cues. A silent clip works because authored cues skip speech-to-text.

  • Label every claim in text so creators repeat it accurately.
  • Do not include a synthetic person as the demonstrator.
  • Send the clean packshot too, since creators film the real item.

Limits

Sume cannot get you selected, pick creators, or ship samples. The page limits samples to five per creator in this window, and the points rules are TikTok's. The brief should be checked against the AI-content policy before you share it publicly.
