Runway API credits are $0.01: which models match list price?
Runway's API prices Wan 3 and H3 Max at the same per-second dollars fal and Sume list, but Veo 3.1 Fast with audio is $0.15 a second, not Google's $0.10.

Runway's developer pricing page sets one credit at $0.01, which lets you convert any row to dollars per second and set it beside the model owner's own page. For Wan 3 and H3 Max the dollars match the list price Sume records, so Runway adds nothing there. For Veo 3.1 Fast with audio it is $0.15 a second against $0.10 on Google's Gemini API page at 720p.
Sume sells Wan 3.0, MiniMax H3 Max and Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 at provider list x 1.25, so for those three the question is what Runway's rows say about the 1.25.
The rows
Credits come from Runway's API pricing guide, which also notes that a Model Router bills at the rate of whichever model it selects. Dollar figures are credits x $0.01. Google's figures are from its Gemini API pricing page, and fal's from its pricing page. Sume's billed figures are its recorded provider list x 1.25.
| Model and resolution | Runway API | Provider page | Sume billed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wan 3, 720p | 10 credits = $0.10 | not on pages read; Sume list $0.10 | $0.125 |
| H3 Max, 480p | 5 credits = $0.05 | fal: $0.05 | $0.0625 |
| H3 Max, 768p | 8 credits = $0.08 | fal row shows $0.05 only | $0.10 |
| Gemini Omni Flash 1.1, 720p | 10 credits = $0.10 | Sume list $0.10 | $0.125 |
| Gemini Omni Flash 1.1, 360p | 3.4 credits = $0.034 | Sume list $0.03 | $0.0375 |
| Veo 3.1 Fast, with audio | 15 credits = $0.15 | Google: $0.10 at 720p | not offered |
| Veo 3.1 Fast, no audio | 10 credits = $0.10 | Google: $0.10 at 720p | not offered |
What stands out
Wan 3 and H3 Max are passed through at list. The Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 360p row is $0.034 against a $0.03 list, about 13 percent above, and Runway adds 1 credit per reference and 1 credit per input second on that model, so an edit with references costs more than the headline number. The Veo 3.1 Fast audio row is 50 percent above the Google 720p figure, and Google's 1080p Fast price is $0.12 and 4K $0.30.
Treat this as a reading of two public pages, not a statement about Runway's costs. Runway also sells plan credits in the app at different dollar values, and this post uses only the API credit at $0.01.
Using it
If you buy through Runway's API for the model lineup and use one vendor relationship, the table shows what the convenience costs on each row. If you buy Wan 3.0, H3 Max or Omni Flash from Sume, the extra is a flat 25 percent on the provider list, and the receipt shows the billed amount for each job. Sume's docs state that the margin applies to every model in the video catalog.
For a batch, price the exact resolution and duration against the live catalog, because a 768p H3 Max second is $0.08 list while 480p is $0.05, and the cheapest row is not always the one you want to ship.
