A 30 second 720p Seedance 2.5 clip costs about $13.87 at fal's list and $17.33 on Sume, which bills the list times 1.25 and reserves 1,734 credits. Wan 3.0 on Sume does the same 30 seconds at 720p for $3.75, so the choice is about the model, not about a fixed premium.

fal's Seedance 2.5 page bills by tokens: tokens = height x width x seconds x 24 / 1024, at $0.0214 per 1,000 tokens at 480p and 720p. It also describes native single-shot output of up to 30 seconds at 720p. The Video Router docs confirm that seedance-2.5 accepts 4 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p and 1080p.

The arithmetic

At 1280 x 720, one second is 1280 x 720 x 24 / 1024 = 21,600 tokens, so 30 seconds is 648,000 tokens. At $0.0214 per 1,000 tokens that is 648 x $0.0214 = $13.8672. Sume multiplies by 1.25 to get $17.334, which the credit count rounds up to whole cents: 1,734 credits.
