For a 5-second 720p clip on Sume, Wan 3.0 is the cheapest at $0.625, Kling 3 is $1.05 with audio on ($0.70 with audio off), and Seedance 2.5 is $2.889. All three bill provider list x 1.25. Kling is priced per second regardless of resolution in Sume's rate card, so its 1080p price is the same.

The three rates

fal lists Kling Video v3 Pro at $0.112 per second with audio off and $0.168 with audio on (read 2026-10-03). Wan 3.0 is $0.10 per second at 720p on fal. Seedance 2.5 is $0.0214 per 1,000 tokens, which is $0.4622 per second at 1280x720.

Limits that matter

From the Video Router docs: Kling 3 accepts 4-15 s at 720p and 1080p and takes no reference URLs; Wan 3.0 accepts 2-30 s; Seedance 2.5 accepts 4-30 s and the widest reference set.
