Runway lists Seedance 2.0 Pro at 1080p as 160 credits for a 4-second clip, which is 40 credits a second. At Runway's plan prices that is $3.84 a clip on Standard, $2.49 on Pro and $1.60 on Max when billed monthly, or $3.07, $1.99 and $1.28 billed annually. Sume bills Seedance 2 at 1080p at about $0.8505 a second in 16:9, so a 4-second clip is about $3.40.

Standard is the one plan where Sume's rate is lower; on Pro and Max, Runway's credits are cheaper per clip if you use them.

How are Runway's per-clip dollars worked out?

Runway's pricing page lists Standard at $15 a month ($12 annual) for 625 credits, Pro at $35 ($28) for 2,250 and Max at $95 ($76) for 9,500. Dividing each fee by its pool gives $0.0240, $0.0156 and $0.0100 a credit monthly, and $0.0192, $0.0124 and $0.0080 annually. Multiply by 160.

How many clips fit in each plan?

At 160 credits a clip, Standard's 625 credits make 3 clips a month, Pro's 2,250 make 14 and Max's 9,500 make 59. Standard is the plan that makes Seedance 2.0 Pro 1080p an expensive choice. Pro and Max are the tiers where it becomes sensible, and where the Runway per-clip price dips under Sume's.

Is it the same model on both sides?

The names suggest the same family, but I have not compared outputs, and Runway's page labels its tier Pro while Sume lists Seedance 2 alongside seedance-2-fast and seedance-2-mini. Sume's Video Router docs state that it bills list price times 1.25 on every model, and the 1080p figure above comes from that formula on the Seedance token rate. Watch both vendors' notes on audio and aspect ratio, because price moves with them.

What should I check before choosing?

Count the clips you expect in a month and divide by the plan's whole-clip capacity above. If you would use fewer than three clips on Standard, you pay a plan fee for credits you never spend and a wallet charge is cheaper. For Seedance 2.5 rates on Sume, see Seedance 2.5 price per second; for the credit-to-dollar conversion itself, Runway credit price by plan.
