100-second talking still on Fabric: $18.75 at 720p, $10.00 at 480p
VEED Fabric on Sume bills $0.1875/s at 720p and $0.10/s at 480p, up to 300 s. A 100-second narration costs $18.75 or $10.00; the audio must stay under 10 MB.

A 100-second narration on one still costs 100 x $0.1875 = $18.75 on VEED Fabric at 720p, or 100 x $0.10 = $10.00 at 480p. Fabric on Sume takes audio up to 300 seconds, and the audio file must be Sume-hosted and under 10 MB.
Cost and limits
The catalog describes Fabric as priced per ceil(audio second) after Sume's margin, with a 300-second maximum.
| Item | 480p | 720p |
|---|---|---|
| Per audio second | $0.10 | $0.1875 |
| 100 seconds | $10.00 | $18.75 |
| Maximum, 300 seconds | $30.00 | $56.25 |
| Audio file | Under 10 MB | Under 10 MB |
Will 100 seconds fit in 10 MB?
It depends on the format. Uncompressed 16-bit WAV at 44,100 Hz mono is 88,200 bytes per second, so 100 seconds is 8.82 MB, which fits; the same recording in stereo is 17.64 MB, which does not. A 128 kbps MP3 is 16,000 bytes per second, so 100 seconds is 1.6 MB. If a WAV is too large, export it as mono or convert it to MP3 before you upload.
The 10 MB figure comes from the catalog text, which says the audio must be Sume-hosted and under 10 MB. Use the Media inputs page to see how to host a file.
When 100 seconds is the wrong shape
A single still talking for 100 seconds is static. Many teams cut a narration into shorter shots with different stills; at 480p the price is the same per second, so the number of shots does not change the cost. Splitting into four 25-second shots keeps the total at 100 x $0.10 = $10.00 and gives you four framings to choose from.
A narration plan
For a 100-second explainer, you can send one job or several. One job at 480p is $10.00; four 25-second jobs are 4 x 25 x $0.10 = $10.00 too. The per-second price is the same, so split for creative reasons only: different stills, different angles, or retries on a single bad section.
Check the result before you pay for the rest. A 10-second test of the first sentences costs 10 x $0.10 = $1.00 at 480p and $1.875 at 720p. When you are happy, send the full file.
Fabric's reservation is taken at submit and rounded up to cents. For 100 seconds at 720p the $18.75 is exact. A failed job is refunded before capture, so only completed clips are charged.
