A Fabric talking clip costs $0.10 per audio second at 480p and $0.1875 per audio second at 720p on Sume, so a 60-second clip is $6.00 or $11.25. The pricing page, read 2026-10-03, prices VEED Fabric 1.0 per ceil(audio second) after Sume's margin, allows at most 300 seconds, and requires the audio to be Sume-hosted and under 10 MB.

What does each length cost?

The charge follows the audio you send, not the picture, so a shorter voiceover is the main lever. Seconds are rounded up before pricing.

Fabric 1.0 cost by audio length at list rate, read 2026-10-03
Audio seconds480p720p
15$1.50$2.812
30$3.00$5.625
60$6.00$11.25
120$12.00$22.50
300$30.00$56.25

How do I keep the bill down?

  • Draft at 480p, then render the keeper at 720p. A 30-second draft is $3.00 against $5.63 at 720p, and the 480p draft shows you the lip-sync and framing before the dearer run.
  • Trim the audio before you submit. Dead air at the start and end is billed as audio seconds.
  • Remember the voiceover has its own price. A script's text-to-speech is billed separately, per character.

What is not covered?

This is the Fabric route only: one still image plus your audio. Sume's Avatar 1.0 video is billed by video second at separate rates, compared in a sibling post. I did not test output quality at either resolution, and the price page does not say whether 720p changes render time, so measure that on your own clip.
