Three Sume video models tie at 6.25 cents a second at 480p
Wan 3.0, MiniMax H3 and MiniMax H3 Max all bill $0.0625 per second at 480p on Sume; they split at 720p and above, so price the resolution you ship.

At 480p, Wan 3.0, MiniMax H3 and MiniMax H3 Max all bill $0.0625 per second on Sume, so a 10-second draft is $0.625 on any of them. They separate as soon as resolution rises, so pick the model by the look you want and by the resolution you will deliver.
| Model | 480p | 720p / 768p | 1080p |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wan 3.0 | $0.0625 | $0.125 (720p) | $0.25 |
| MiniMax H3 Max | $0.0625 | $0.10 (768p) | $0.20 |
| MiniMax H3 | $0.0625 | $0.075 (768p) | not offered |
Limits that differ
Per the Video Router docs, Wan 3.0 takes 2 to 30 seconds, MiniMax H3 takes 5 to 15 seconds at 480p and 768p, and H3 Max adds 1080p for 5 to 15 seconds. Length limits can decide the model before price does.
Draft cheap, finish elsewhere
A tie at 480p makes a cheap draft easy to price. Draft on any of the three, then re-run the chosen shot at the final resolution; check the rate card for what that final run costs.
Recompute it in Python
All three models share this 480p rate. The numbers are the ones in the table above.
