Runway Gen-4.5 and Gen-4 Turbo list one rate: drafting on Sume at 480p
Runway's pricing page gives Gen-4.5 12 credits and Gen-4 Turbo 5 credits per second in a single 1080p column. Where a cheaper 480p draft tier exists on Sume.

Runway's API pricing page, at $0.01 per credit, charges gen4.5 12 credits per second and gen4_turbo 5 credits per second, and shows both only in the 1080p column. What Runway lists (read 2026-10-04)

| Model | List per second | Sume price for 10 s |
|---|---|---|
| wan-3.0 at 480p | $0.05 | $0.63 |

A draft on one model is not a preview of another
A 480p Wan clip tells you whether the motion, framing and prompt work. It does not show how a Runway model would render the same prompt. If your final render is on Runway, draft on Runway. If your final render is on Sume, draft on the same model at 480p, then re-submit at 1080p.

Run GET /v1/videos/models and read supported_resolutions and pricing_skus for the id you plan to use. Models that start at 480p or lower are the cheap places to test a prompt.
