Pinterest can append utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content to your ad links automatically, set at the account level, the campaign level (not Performance+), or the Performance+ ad group level, according to Pinterest's URL parameters page. For creative tests, the practical move is to name your Sume variants so the names line up with what those parameters report.

Three places to set them

Name variants before you render

Pinterest also supports a dynamic tracking parameter such as {campaignid} for values that change per campaign. The page does not describe a per-creative parameter, so keep your own list that maps each rendered file to the variant label you will look for in analytics. A bulk run returns items by index, which makes that list easy to keep.

import csv

variants = ["hook-a-2x3", "hook-a-1x1", "hook-b-2x3", "hook-b-1x1"]
with open("variant-names.csv", "w", newline="") as f:
    w = csv.writer(f)
    w.writerow(["queue_index", "variant_label"])
    for i, name in enumerate(variants):
        w.writerow([i, name])
print(open("variant-names.csv").read())

What the page does not say

The page does not state a character limit or a maximum number of parameters, and it does not describe bulk upload for parameters. Check Ads Manager before you rely on either.
