MiniMax H3 768p: $0.08/s on MiniMax's page, $0.06 in Sume's card
MiniMax's own page lists H3 768P at $0.08 a second; Sume's H3 rate card encodes a $0.06 list from an Aug 25 fal read, times 1.25. Compare a 5 second clip.

On a straight per-second read, MiniMax H3 at 768p is $0.08 on MiniMax's pay-as-you-go page and 1.25 x $0.06 = $0.075 in Sume's own rate card, so a 5 second Sume clip reserves $0.375 against $0.40 direct. The honest caveat is that the two numbers come from different sellers on different dates, so treat the gap as a reason to check, not as a standing discount.
The $0.06 figure is not a MiniMax quote. Sume's pricing code records the fal list for H3 from a read on 2026-08-25 ($0.05 at 480p, $0.06 at 768p, $0.13 at 2K, $0.16 at 4K per second) and applies the 1.25 house margin that the Video Router docs state for every model. MiniMax's page today shows $0.08 for H3 768P and $0.13 for H3 2K.
Side by side
Only the rows that both sources state are compared. Sume's per-second figure is the list in its rate table times 1.25.
| Resolution | MiniMax pay-as-you-go page | Sume rate-card list (read 2026-08-25) | Sume bills (list x 1.25) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 768p | $0.08 | $0.06 | $0.075 |
| 2K | $0.13 | $0.13 | $0.1625 |
A 5 second clip, both ways
At 768p, 5 x $0.08 = $0.40 direct from MiniMax and 5 x $0.075 = $0.375 on Sume, which the credit count rounds up to 38 credits. For 15 seconds, the maximum for minimax-h3, it is $1.20 direct and 15 x $0.075 = $1.125 on Sume.
At 2K the two lists agree at $0.13, so Sume's 1.25 margin makes the clip dearer there: 5 x $0.1625 = $0.8125, against $0.65 direct. The pattern to take away is that Sume's price tracks its rate-card list, and where a vendor has moved its list since the card was read, the answer can go either way.
Reference images move the bill
MiniMax's page says H3 includes the first 5 input images free and then charges $0.04 per additional image. Sume's rate card for H3 reference-to-video carries the first five free and then $0.08 per extra image at list, from the same August read, so eight reference images on a 5 second 768p clip reserve (5 x $0.06 + 3 x $0.08) x 1.25 = $0.675 on Sume. On the MiniMax figures the same request would be 5 x $0.08 + 3 x $0.04 = $0.52.
If those margins matter at your volume, run one real job of each shape and compare usage.cost with your expectation before you scale. minimax-h3 accepts 5 to 15 seconds at native 480p and 768p according to the Video Router docs, so 2K is not an option on the Sume id and the 2K row above is context only.
