Arcads and Creatify both make AI video ads, but they start from different inputs. Arcads starts from your script: you pick from 1,000+ AI actors (or your own AI avatar), and it bills monthly plan credits with no dollar prices on the pages we read. Creatify can start from a link: its URL-to-Video API scrapes a product page into a short video ad, and its API plans cost $99 a month for 500 credits or $299 for 2,000.

Every vendor fact below comes from Arcads' and Creatify's own pages, read on 2026-09-28 and listed under Sources. Neither is ranked here, and nothing here predicts how an ad will perform.

How do Arcads and Creatify compare?

From the Arcads home page, API documentation, credits article and MCP article, and Creatify's API page, billing, URL-to-Video guide and pricing, read 2026-09-28.

How does each API make a video?

Arcads' API follows its app: you create a product, a folder and a script, then call POST /v1/scripts/:scriptId/generate (How the Arcads API works). Creatify's URL to Video starts from a link instead: POST /api/links/ scrapes the page's images and descriptions, and POST /api/link_to_videos/ renders an ad from them (Product URL to video AI).

How do Arcads and Creatify credits differ?

The difference is what you can price before signing up. Creatify publishes dollar prices for its API plans and a credit rate for each API: URL to Video and AI Avatar cost 5 credits per 30 seconds, and each scraped link costs 1 credit (Creatify pricing and API credits). Arcads publishes monthly credit allowances and what happens at the limit, shown in the table, but the pages read give no dollar price per plan and no credit cost per video.

Should I pick Arcads or Creatify?

  • Pick Arcads if you write your own scripts, want to cast from a large library of AI actors, or want to drive it from an MCP client.
  • Pick Creatify if you want a video ad drafted from a product page URL, or you need published dollar prices before you sign up.
  • Both bill in plan credits, so price your real monthly volume on each before you commit.
  • Sume's POST /v1/avatar-1.0/talking-video also makes talking-avatar videos from a script, with an optional product_image and scene (Generate avatar video). UGC-style video ads for products at scale compares four tools.
