TikTok Ads Help describes Info Card as a test for selected advertisers. It recommends an 800x800 image, a title up to 25 characters, up to 5 selling points of 25 characters each, and a call-to-action placed at three-eighths of the screen height. Sume does not build Info Cards; what it can do is help you prepare the copy and a square clip.

The limits on the page

Because it is a test, confirm availability in your account before planning a campaign around it.

Check lengths before you paste

Counting characters in an editor is error-prone, so check them in a script. This one runs as written and flags any line over 25 characters.

title = "Lisbon in 3 days"
points = [
    "Free cancellation",
    "Rooftop breakfast included",
    "10 minutes to the old town",
]
for text in [title, *points]:
    flag = "OK " if len(text) <= 25 else "TOO LONG"
    print(flag, len(text), text)
assert len(points) <= 5

Make the square companion clip

If you want the same message on video, Timeline 1.0 renders any even size from 256 to 2160, so an 800x800 MP4 with fit: cover is a valid request. Burn the selling points with video captions cues, one per line, within the same 25 characters so the text matches the card.

Because the Info Card sits in a TikTok surface, leave room near three-eighths of the way down for the button, and check the stills with video frames before upload.
