Dreamina Seedance 2.5 is third on Artificial Analysis's AA-Video-T2V v2.0 board with 1,143 Elo, at a listed $34.12 per minute. On Sume, seedance-2.5 bills about $16.12 per minute at 480p, $34.67 at 720p and $85.29 at 1080p for a 16:9 clip, so the leaderboard price sits near the 720p row.

Seedance is billed by video tokens, not by seconds, so the cost depends on resolution and aspect ratio. This page shows the formula and the numbers so you can check a quote before you submit.

How Sume prices Seedance 2.5

The repo's price table sets the 2.5 list at $0.0214 per 1,000 video tokens, and $0.0234 per 1,000 at 1080p. Sume counts tokens as width x height x seconds x 24 frames, divided by 1,024, then multiplies the list cost by 1.25.

For 16:9 at 720p the frame is 1280 x 720. That is 1280 x 720 x 24 / 1024 = 21,600 tokens per second. At $0.0214 per 1,000 tokens the list cost is $0.46224 per second, and times 1.25 it is $0.5778 per second.

Read the leaderboard price with care

The leaderboard lists $34.12 per minute for Seedance 2.5. The page does not say which resolution that figure assumes, so do not treat it as a match for the 720p row. Use it to compare vendors on the same board, and use the table above to budget a Sume job.

Limits on Sume

Sume's video docs give seedance-2.5 a range of 4 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p and 1080p. It accepts first and last frames and image, video and audio references. The 21:9, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4 and 9:16 ratios use their own frame sizes in the price table, so a 9:16 clip at 720p is 720 x 1280 and costs the same as 16:9.

  • A 10 second 720p clip: 10 x $0.5778 = $5.778.
  • A 30 second 1080p clip: 30 x $1.42155 = $42.6465, and that is the amount the wallet must cover when you submit.
  • A reference video adds assumed input seconds and a 0.6 multiplier in the repo's price code, so quote those jobs with the estimate before you submit.

When it earns the price

Seedance 2.5 costs 4.6 times Wan 3.0 per minute at 720p ($34.67 against $7.50). Choose it when you need image, video and audio references in one request, and run a 480p draft first at $1.34 for 5 seconds. For a plain prompt-to-clip job at a fixed budget, compare it with Wan 3.0 before you commit.

Budget a batch before you submit

Seedance 2.5 is billed by video tokens, so work out tokens first. A 10 second clip at 720p is 1280 x 720 x 10 x 24 / 1024 = 216,000 tokens. At the list rate of $0.0214 per 1,000 tokens that is $4.6224, and Sume bills $4.6224 x 1.25 = $5.778.

Twenty such clips are 20 x $5.778 = $115.56 at 720p. At 1080p the list rate is $0.0234 per 1,000 tokens and a 10 second clip is 486,000 tokens, so one clip is $14.2155 and twenty are $284.31. Sume reserves that amount at submit and answers 402 insufficient_credits if the balance is lower.
