Seedance 2.5 4 free generations ended: test it cheaply at 480p

A cheap test on Sume

Sume has no free Seedance generations to offer here, and this page does not promise any. Requests draw from your workspace balance at the provider list price times 1.25. What you can control is the size of the test: seedance-2.5 accepts 4 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p and 1080p, so the cheapest request is duration: 4 at 480p.

What a 480p test tells you

A 480p clip shows motion, composition and prompt following, which is most of what you need to judge a model. It does not show fine detail, and the audio track is a separate matter if you set generate_audio.

Once you like a take, request the same prompt at 1080p. There is no seed on Sume, so a re-request is a new generation and may differ.

• Poll the polling_url or pass an HTTPS callback_url.
• Send an Idempotency-Key so a retry does not bill twice.
• Read usage.cost on the completed job to see what the test cost.

Where this fits

For an app with free credits, use Dreamina while the offer lasts. For a script or a pipeline, a small paid test is the practical route.
