A second of Seedance 2.5 at 1080p costs $1.4216 on Sume against $0.5778 at 720p, a 2.46x ratio. Two things multiply: 1080p has 2.25 times the pixels of 720p, and Seedance 2.5 uses a higher token rate at 1080p.

The two factors

Sume prices Seedance on video tokens: width times height times seconds times 24 fps over 1024. A 16:9 frame is 1280x720 at 720p and 1920x1080 at 1080p, which is 2.25 times more pixels and so 2.25 times more tokens.

For Seedance 2.5 the per-1000-token provider rate is also higher at 1080p than at the lower two resolutions, which takes 2.25 up to the printed ratio. The other three tiers keep one rate across resolutions.
