Seedance 2.0 4K on Hedra: what Sume's seedance-2 lists
Hedra lists Seedance 2.0 at 4K for about $9.07 a minute. Sume's docs list seedance-2 at 480p to 1080p; here is where 4K does and does not work on Sume.

Hedra's best-models page, read 2026-10-02, lists Seedance 2.0 at 4K, rated 1,225 Elo at about $9.07 per minute. Sume's docs example for seedance-2 lists 480p, 720p, and 1080p, and the Video Router docs say seedance-2 also offers 1080p, so do not expect native 4K from that id on Sume. Read the live catalog at GET /v1/videos/models, since the docs example is a sample.
Sume facts are from its Video generation and Video 1.0 pages.
Which Sume models list 4K?
The Video Router docs list gemini-omni-flash-1.1 at 360p, 720p, 1080p, and 4K for 3 to 10 seconds in 16:9 or 9:16. The legacy Video 1.0 URL rejects 4k; for 4K the docs point to POST /v1/videos with sume/auto.
| Source | Model | 4K? |

| Sume Video Router docs | gemini-omni-flash-1.1 | Yes, 3 to 10 seconds |
| Sume Video 1.0 URL | Auto family | 4k rejected; use /v1/videos |
Why would a model list 4K on one site and not another?
Different services expose different tiers of the same model family, and some outputs are upscaled. Sume's docs describe some higher tiers, such as MiniMax H3 Max 1080p, as refinements from a lower native size. Check what the label means before comparing two prices.
What should I do if I need 4K?
Check the catalog for a model whose supported_resolutions includes 4K and whose duration fits, then run a short test. Gemini Omni Flash 4K: clip length, upscaling and price covers the one that does.
Is 4K worth it?
Only if the delivery needs it. Compare the price step with the per-minute normalizer before committing a batch.
If a buyer asks for 4K, ask what the file is used for first. Many placements do not need it, and a 1080p master is smaller and cheaper to make. When it is needed, test a short clip at the target size and watch fine detail such as text and edges, since the label alone does not say whether the pixels are native.
Keep one more caution in mind: Hedra's price is a third-party listing for Hedra's service. It does not tell you what any other provider charges for the same model family, so compare delivered prices on each provider's own page, dated, before you plan a 4K batch.
