A 15-second launch teaser from a UI screenshot costs $1.875 at 720p and $3.75 at 1080p with wan-3.0 on Sume; a 480p draft is $0.9375. Wan 3.0 runs 2 to 30 seconds and bills per second by resolution (Video Router, read 2026-10-05).

What do I send?

Use a clean screenshot of the new feature as the first frame and describe camera motion. Generated video is poor at readable UI text, so keep the interface large and overlay any copy afterwards.

curl -X POST https://api.sume.com/v1/videos \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SUME_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"model":"wan-3.0","prompt":"Slow zoom into the dashboard, soft light sweeps across the interface, subtle depth","duration":15,"resolution":"720p","aspect_ratio":"16:9","frame_images":[{"type":"image_url","image_url":{"url":"https://example.com/release-screenshot.png"},"frame_type":"first_frame"}]}'

What is the draft-then-final price?

Run the 480p draft first. If the motion is right, spend on the 720p or 1080p final.

wan-3.0, 15-second 16:9 teaser, Sume prices (read 2026-10-05)
PlanCost
Final at 720p only$1.875
Draft 480p, final 720p$2.8125
Draft 480p, final 1080p$4.6875
Two drafts, final 1080p$5.625

How do I poll and download the result?

A submit returns 202 with id, polling_url, status and model. Poll GET /v1/videos/{id} until status is completed (the other terminal values are failed and cancelled), then download from GET /v1/videos/{id}/content?index=0 with the same bearer key. Use a callback_url that is HTTPS if you would rather get a webhook than poll.

curl https://api.sume.com/v1/videos/JOB_ID -H "Authorization: Bearer $SUME_API_KEY"
curl -L "https://api.sume.com/v1/videos/JOB_ID/content?index=0" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SUME_API_KEY" --output clip.mp4

Can Wan 3.0 take reference clips?

Yes: reference videos have limits (a total of 15 seconds and at least 16 fps), explained in Wan 3.0 reference videos.
