Runway's developer pricing page sets 1 credit at $0.01 and lists Gen-4 Turbo at 5 credits per second, so one second of Gen-4 Turbo is $0.05 and a 10 second clip is $0.50 (read 2026-10-05). That is Runway's own cheaper tier below Gen-4.5, which is 12 credits per second.

Three models on Sume have a 480p row at $0.0625 per second: Wan 3.0, MiniMax H3 and MiniMax H3 Max. Their fal list prices are $0.05 per second at 480p, and Sume adds the 1.25 factor.

What the numbers do and do not say

At 480p the Sume rows cost $0.0125 per second more than Runway Gen-4 Turbo. Over a 10 second clip that is $0.125. The cheapest Sume option in the table is Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 at 360p, at $0.375 for 10 seconds.

Price is one input. The tiers produce different looks, motion and resolution, and a 480p clip is not the same product as Gen-4 Turbo output. This post compares prices only and does not rank quality.
