Runway facts are from its pricing page, and Google's roughly $0.10 per second at 720p from the Gemini API pricing page, both read 2026-10-01. Sume's rule is in the video docs; the clip figures are from the pricing code.

What does each side charge per second?

Sume's per-second values are its 10-second estimates divided by 10 ($0.38, $1.25, $1.88 and $3.75 for the clip); a 5.5% agent fee applies by default on top.

Why is Sume's figure above the list price?

The video docs state the billing rule: the provider list price times 1.25, reserved at submit. At 720p, Sume's $0.125 is 1.25 times Google's listed $0.10 per second; the pricing code applies the same ratio at the other resolutions.

What are the clip limits on Sume?

gemini-omni-flash-1.1 takes 3 to 10 seconds at 360p, 720p, 1080p and 4K in 16:9 or 9:16, with synced audio. Runway adds a charge for input seconds when you pass references; check the Omni draft cost post for what Sume reserves for a 360p test.
