Real estate price-reduction clip from one listing photo: $0.83 each
A 5-second vertical price-drop clip from the hero photo with the new price burned in as cues: $0.825 per listing, $9.90 for 12, on Sume from docs.

A real estate agent can turn a hero listing photo into a 5-second vertical price-reduction clip with the new price burned in for $0.825: a Wan 3.0 clip at $0.625 and one caption job at $0.20. For 12 listings that is $9.90. The price is typed as authored text in the cues, so no speech is needed and the number is exactly what you wrote.
An existing post covers an open-house invite built from listing photos. This one is the price-drop update on a listing that has already been marketed.
The clip
Animate the exterior or living room photo with a gentle camera move. Wan 3.0 at 720p is $0.125 per second, so 5 seconds is $0.625. The Video Router accepts 9:16 (Video Router). A prompt that asks for light camera movement and no changes to the building keeps the house recognisable; check the output for new windows or altered rooflines before posting, because a listing clip must show the real property.
The price as cues
A silent clip has no speech to transcribe, so the caption job fails with caption_no_speech if you ask it to. Pass cues with text, start and end and it burns your copy without speech recognition (video captions). Use two cues: the line 'PRICE REDUCED' and the new price with the old price struck in words, for example 'Now 489,000'. Put the number you type into the system of record, and keep the figure in one place so the clip and the listing cannot disagree.

Disclosure and fair-housing rules for listings differ by place and platform; this post does not give advice on them, so check with your broker. If a clip looks wrong, a retake of the clip is $0.625 and the caption job is repeated for $0.20.
