Open house invite video for Thanksgiving weekend, from listing photos
Thanksgiving is Nov 26, 2026, so the open house weekend is Nov 28 and 29. Turn six listing photos into one vertical invite with the date and address burned in.

Thanksgiving Day is Thursday, November 26, 2026 (OPM's federal schedule, read 2026-10-03), which makes Saturday, November 28 and Sunday, November 29 the first weekend after it, a natural time for an open house when family is in town. A listing agent can turn six listing photos into one vertical invite: each photo gets a gentle camera move from Seedance 2.5 or stays a held still, Timeline joins them, and caption cues put the date, hours and address on screen. Sources for Sume's side are its video generation and Timeline docs.
OPM supplies the holiday date only. It does not say anything about home sales, and this post makes no claim about how the weekend performs for listings.
Shot order for a 25-second invite
Open with the exterior, finish with the details that make someone come, and put the address last so it is the thing that stays on screen.
| Slot | Content | Length | Treatment |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Front exterior | 4 s | Slow push in |
| 2 | Kitchen | 4 s | Held still or slow pan |
| 3 | Living room | 4 s | Slow push in |
| 4 | Best bedroom or view | 4 s | Held still |
| 5 | Backyard or entry | 4 s | Slow pan |
| 6 | Date, hours, address card | 5 s | Held still with caption cues |
Move cameras, not rooms
A listing video must show the home as it is. Ask the model only for camera motion and keep the prompt short. A model that is asked to add furniture, change finishes or remove clutter produces something the buyer cannot walk into.

Timeline reads sources from media.sume.com, so photos and clips from other hosts are brought in with a media import first. Run the plan call before the render; it is a preflight and is not billed. Then compare each frame to the listing.
Check the claims on screen against the listing: bedrooms, baths, square footage and price are for you to type, not for a model to invent. Real estate advertising is regulated in many places, and fair housing rules affect wording, so have your broker approve the cut.
Limits
Generated motion can bend straight lines, such as door frames and counter edges, in ways a buyer notices. Skip motion on any photo where that happens and use a held still instead. Sume does not post to listing sites or social platforms.
