Neighborhood holiday lights clip for agents from three street photos
A real estate agent's neighborhood lights tour from three of your own street photos: three 4-second Wan 3.0 shots at 480p and a join, about $0.85 on Sume.

To make a holiday lights tour clip for a neighborhood, take three photos of the best-lit streets at dusk, animate each into a 4-second Wan 3.0 shot with Sume's Video Router, and join them in one Timeline render. At 480p each shot is 4 x $0.0625 = $0.25, so three shots are $0.75, and the join is $0.10: about $0.85 in all.
Agents post these in December as a local-expert piece that is not a listing. It shows the neighborhood, not a house, so it keeps working after any listing sells.
Why animate your own photos?
When the model starts from your photo it continues that scene, so the street in the clip is the street you stood on. Ask only for subtle motion: a light twinkle, a slow push-in, breath on cold air. Do not ask it to add decorations; the clip should not show lights that are not there.
What is the request?
Wan 3.0 takes image_url for the first frame and runs 2 to 30 seconds at 480p, 720p or 1080p. Photos must be public HTTPS URLs (Media inputs). Send each shot with its own Idempotency-Key.
import os, requests
photos = ["https://example.com/street-1.jpg", "https://example.com/street-2.jpg", "https://example.com/street-3.jpg"]
for i, url in enumerate(photos, 1):
r = requests.post(
"https://api.sume.com/v1/video-router/generate",
headers={
"Authorization": f"Bearer {os.environ['SUME_API_KEY']}",
"Idempotency-Key": f"lights-tour-{i}",
},
json={
"model": "wan-3.0",
"prompt": "Keep the scene unchanged. The string lights twinkle gently. Slow push-in. No text.",
"image_url": url,
"resolution": "480p",
"duration": 4,
"aspect_ratio": "9:16",
"mode": "async",
},
timeout=60,
)
print(i, r.status_code, r.json())What does it cost?
The Video Router bills list x 1.25, and Wan 3.0 lists $0.05, $0.10 and $0.20 per second by tier (Video Router docs). Timeline adds $0.10 per output minute, rounded up.
| Tier | Three shots | Timeline | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 480p | $0.75 | $0.10 | $0.85 |
| 720p | $1.50 | $0.10 | $1.60 |
| 1080p | $3.00 | $0.10 | $3.10 |
How do I finish it?
Poll each job at GET /v1/jobs/{id}/status until completed, then take the video URL from the result (Jobs and results). Join the three in a Timeline render with audio.mode: "silence" for 12 seconds and a soundtrack. Name the neighborhood and the viewing nights in the caption, and leave your brokerage details to the post.
