Nano Banana 2 Lite is 1K only: send 2K and 4K to NB2
Google lists Nano Banana 2 Lite at 1K only; NB2 offers 512px to 4K at $0.045 to $0.151 per image. On Sume, resolution accepts 512, 1K, 2K or 4K per model.

Nano Banana 2 Lite is 1K only on Google's API, so a 2K or 4K request needs Nano Banana 2 or Nano Banana Pro. Google prices Nano Banana 2 from $0.045 for a 0.5K image to $0.151 for a 4K image. Lite is not in the Sume catalog; google/nano-banana-2 is.
Resolution by model
Resolution lists come from Google's image-generation page, and prices from its pricing page.
| Model | Resolutions | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Lite (gemini-3.1-flash-lite-image) | 1K only | Uppercase K in the API |
| NB2 (gemini-3.1-flash-image) | 512px, 1K, 2K, 4K | $0.045 per 0.5K up to $0.151 per 4K |
| Pro (gemini-3-pro-image) | 1K, 2K, 4K | Uppercase K |
On Sume
Sume's resolution field accepts 512, 1K, 2K and 4K as a normalized tier, but each model accepts only the values its catalog row lists. Read supported_parameters first. Slow settings such as 4K can exceed the 30-second wait and return a 202 job, so branch on the status code.

The Sume repo's static list rate for google/nano-banana-2 is $0.08, billed at list x 1.25 = $0.10. The Sume docs do not say that rate varies by resolution, so read the live pricing array before a large 4K run.
