Budget for 10 AI videos a week: 15-second Wan 3.0 clips, 3 resolutions
Ten 15-second Wan 3.0 clips a week cost $9.40 at 480p, $18.80 at 720p and $37.50 at 1080p on Sume. Per-clip, per-month and per-plan numbers.

A brand posting 10 videos a week with 15-second Wan 3.0 clips spends $18.80 a week at 720p on Sume, or $75.20 over four weeks. At 480p it is $9.40 a week, and at 1080p $37.50. These are generation costs only; voice, music and captions are separate jobs.
Per clip, week, four weeks and year
Sume bills provider list times 1.25 and rounds each job up to the next cent. Wan 3.0 is $0.0625, $0.125 and $0.25 a second at 480p, 720p and 1080p. Four weeks is used as the month to keep the arithmetic exact.
| Resolution | One clip | Per week (10) | Four weeks | 52 weeks |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 480p | $0.94 | $9.40 | $37.60 | $488.80 |
| 720p | $1.88 | $18.80 | $75.20 | $977.60 |
| 1080p | $3.75 | $37.50 | $150.00 | $1,950.00 |
Which plan carries it
The plan fee and included usage decide the bill. Using the plan catalog (Pro $40 with $40 included, Startup $120 with $140, Scale $400 with $800):
| Resolution | Pro | Startup | Scale |
|---|---|---|---|
| 480p | $40.00 | $120.00 | $400.00 |
| 720p | $75.20 | $120.00 | $400.00 |
| 1080p | $150.00 | $130.00 | $400.00 |
Reading the result
At 720p, Pro is the cheapest plan by a wide margin and 10 jobs a week fits inside its 24 accepted jobs. At 1080p the usage is $150.00 a month, where Startup edges Pro. Scale only makes sense if you add much more work, for example several formats per video.
The cost of retakes is not in these numbers. If one clip in four needs a second generation, add 25 percent; the arithmetic is a straight multiplication of the weekly figure. For the per-clip rounding rule see prices round up to the cent.
A few assumptions sit behind these figures. Every clip is a keeper, nothing is regenerated, and no other job is billed: no narration, no music, no captions and no Timeline render. Each of those is a separate cost, which the weekly product-drop budget style of budget adds up line by line. Resolution is also a bigger lever than it looks: 1080p is exactly twice the 720p rate for Wan 3.0, so a team that publishes mostly to phones may be paying double. Wan 3.0 accepts 2 to 30 seconds per job, so 15 seconds is well inside the limit.
