fal's LTX-2.5 page lists the Fast variant at $0.19 a second at 1440p, with $0.09 at 720p, $0.13 at 1080p and $0.30 at 4K. LTX is not in the Sume video catalog. The only Sume model that lists a resolution above 1080p is Gemini Omni Flash 1.1, at 4K for $0.375 a second.

The rate card

This is fal's page, not Lightricks', so treat it as fal's price for hosting the model.

ResolutionPrice per second10-second clip
720p$0.09$0.90
1080p$0.13$1.30

Where Sume differs

Sume's video catalog tops out at 1080p for Seedance, Wan 3.0, Kling 3 and MiniMax H3 Max, with 4K only on Omni. I did not find a 1440p option on any Sume video model. fal's page also lists Fast clips up to 20 seconds; Omni on Sume stops at 10.

Which to pick

  • You need 1440p: use fal for LTX-2.5 Fast, since Sume has no 1440p video resolution.
  • You need 4K: fal's $0.30 against Omni's $0.375 on Sume. Omni gives native audio; the fal page says LTX-2.5 generates audio by default.
  • You need one API for several vendors: Sume lists Wan, Seedance, Kling, MiniMax and Omni under one key.

Checking a 1440p need

Few delivery targets need 1440p. Some editors work in 2.5K timelines and some displays and ad slots accept it, but most social and web video ships at 1080p or 4K. If your target is 1080p, the 1440p rate is irrelevant, and you can render at $0.13 a second on fal, or at 1080p on Sume with Wan 3.0, Seedance, Kling 3 or Omni.

If you do need 1440p, ask whether a 4K render at $0.30 and a downscale is simpler than a separate 1440p render at $0.19. The saving is $0.11 a second, or $1.10 on a 10-second clip, against an extra export step.
