Yes. On ElevenLabs' API pricing page, v4 Turbo is half the price of v4 at both the launch promotion and the regular rate: $0.011 versus $0.022 per 1,000 characters until October 12, then $0.04 versus $0.08. For a month of 1 million characters that is $11 versus $22 during the promotion and $40 versus $80 after it. Figures read on 2026-10-03.
What the page says
The ElevenLabs page marks both models "72% off until Oct 12". v4 Turbo is the low-latency variant: ElevenLabs' launch post cites a median time to first speech of about 150 ms and says both models support more than 90 languages. The standard v4 is the expressive one, with stackable inline tags such as [laughs].
| Model | Until Oct 12 | Regular | 250K chars at regular | 1M chars at promo | 1M chars at regular |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Eleven v4 | $0.022 | $0.08 | $20.00 | $22.00 | $80.00 |
| Eleven v4 Turbo | $0.011 | $0.04 | $10.00 | $11.00 | $40.00 |
How to choose
Use Turbo where latency is the product, such as a voice agent, and v4 where delivery matters, such as narration. Whatever the model, the promotion ends October 12, so a budget set today should use the regular column. Per-script arithmetic is in cost of a 500, 1,500 or 5,000-character script, and the cheaper non-v4 options are in Turbo vs Flash vs v3.
