Fitness coach's 28-day January challenge videos: $4.47 on Sume
Twenty-eight daily 30-second cue videos, each a Qwen Image card with a spoken cue and a shared music bed, cost $4.465 in total on Sume, about 16 cents a day.

A coach who sends a 28-day challenge starting Friday, January 1, 2027 can produce 28 daily 30-second cue videos on Sume for $4.465: one card image per day, one spoken cue per day, one shared music bed, and one timeline render per day. That is 90 days from today, so the whole pack can be built, reviewed and scheduled before the holidays.
These are not demonstrations of exercise form. A still card with a voice cue and a timer-style caption is the right size of video for a reminder message, and it avoids showing a generated person performing a movement incorrectly, which matters when the audience might copy it.
What each day contains
Day card: one image from Qwen Image at $0.025, using a fixed style prompt and the day's focus (for example, hinge pattern or mobility) so the set looks like a series. Spoken cue: about 600 characters of script, which is $0.0285 on text to speech and bills as $0.03. Render: a still held under the voice, with the music bed ducked below it, is a timeline render of under a minute, billed at $0.10 because the rate is per output minute rounded up.
The music bed is generated once at $0.125 and reused in all 28 renders through the soundtrack field with a duck setting, so the cost does not scale with days. Timeline renders default to a 1080 by 1920 vertical output, which fits stories and reels without extra settings; set the still's fit to contain or blur if the card is square.
| Item | Count | Unit price | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day card, Qwen Image | 28 | $0.025 | $0.70 |
| Spoken cue, 600 characters | 28 | $0.03 | $0.84 |
| Music bed, generated once | 1 | $0.125 | $0.125 |
| Timeline render, under 1 minute | 28 | $0.10 | $2.80 |
| Pack total | $4.465 |
Where the money goes and how to trim it
The render is 63 percent of the bill, and it is only needed because you want a finished video file. If your delivery tool plays an image with an audio clip, drop the render and the pack is $1.665. If you want captions burned in, each caption job is $0.20 for a video up to 60 seconds, which would add $5.60 and more than double the total, so use captions only on the days where the cue contains numbers a member must read.
Write the 28 cues in one file and generate them in one pass, then listen to all of them in a single sitting. Safety wording belongs in the script, not in the image: any instruction that involves load, pain or a medical condition should come from you, reviewed, and not from a generated line you did not read. Sume only turns your script into audio and your prompt into pictures.
Day-to-day repeatability is the point of the pack. Keep the style prompt, the voice id and the music bed constant, change only the focus line, and re-render a single day if a cue changes. A one-day fix is $0.10 for the render plus $0.03 for the new cue.
