An accounting practice can publish six 30-second year-end tip clips for $2.28 on Sume: $0.38 each, from an image ($0.05), a voiceover ($0.03), a timeline render ($0.10) and burned captions ($0.20). December 31 is about 12 weeks away, so a weekly clip from mid-October lands the last one before year end.

The tool makes the video; it does not know your clients' tax position or this year's rules. Every tip must be written and reviewed by a qualified person, with the jurisdiction and tax year stated on screen.

Per-clip recipe

Image: one Seedream 4.5 picture at $0.05 as a neutral backdrop. Put the tip headline in your own design tool so a figure is never drawn by an image model. Voiceover: 450 characters, around 30 seconds, is $0.021375 and bills as $0.03. Render: a still with the voiceover is a render of under a minute, $0.10. Captions: $0.20 for a video up to 60 seconds, burned in from the script text so the on-screen words match exactly what is said.

The clips are meant to be cheap to repeat. Keep the same background style, voice and caption style across the series, and change only the script and the headline. A script change after publishing means a new voiceover, render and caption job: $0.33.

Compliance and tone

Rules differ by country and by state, and they change. Date each clip, name the tax year, and send readers to a consultation instead of giving instructions that depend on their facts. Avoid guarantees such as savings amounts. Keep a record of who reviewed each script and when.

Disclose that the voice is generated where your professional body or platform expects it. If your firm already has a spokesperson, record that person and use this workflow for captions and cut-downs instead of replacing them.

Check each clip with the sound off, since many viewers watch that way: the captions should carry the whole tip, including the jurisdiction and year.
