If you sell something with no physical form, such as templates, presets or an ebook, make the Black Friday video from the cover image: generate or upload a cover, animate it for 5 seconds with Wan 3.0 and burn the price and deadline on as cues. That is about $0.90 per product at Sume list rates: cover at medium quality ($0.075), 720p clip ($0.625) and one caption job ($0.20).

The SBA page (read 2026-10-11) places Small Business Saturday on November 28, 2026, the Saturday after Thanksgiving, so the shopping weekend your clip serves runs Friday to Monday around that date.

Where does the cover come from?

Use your real cover if you have one. If not, Ideogram 4.5 on Sume can draw a cover with text, at $0.0375 (low), $0.075 (medium) or $0.275 (high) per image at list rates. Quote the title in the prompt, and read the result letter by letter. A wrong letter on a product cover is a refund request waiting to happen.

Do not show screenshots of other people's software or logos you do not own.

How do you animate a flat cover?

Send the cover as the first frame to Wan 3.0 and ask for one gentle camera move: a slow push-in, a page turn, a light sweep. Ask for no new text, since the model may draw its own. The model accepts 2 to 30 seconds; 5 seconds at 720p is $0.625 at the repo's rate of $0.125 per second.

Then add the offer as cues. Because cues are authored text, the words are exactly yours: the price, the sale end and a one-line promise.

  • 0.3 to 2.0 s: product name
  • 2.0 to 4.0 s: sale price and the original price you really charged
  • 4.0 to 5.0 s: sale end date and where to buy

What is the batch cost?

Ten products means ten covers, ten clips and ten caption jobs. Rates are list prices from the pricing fixtures, without workspace terms.

1$0.90$0.90

What can you cut?

Drop to 480p for a draft: the clip falls to $0.3125 and the product to $0.5875. If you already have a cover, skip the image step and the product is $0.825 at 720p. Keep the final price cues in your own words and double check them against the checkout page before posting.
