AI video under 10 cents a second: every Sume tier that qualifies
Which model and resolution tiers cost $0.10 a second or less on Sume. A computed list of the qualifying settings, cheapest first, and the ones that just miss.

9 model and resolution settings cost $0.10 a second or less on Sume, from $0.0125 (grok-imagine-video-1.5, which animates a still you supply) up to $0.10. Kling 3 at $0.14 silent misses the cut, as does Seedance 2.5 at any resolution.

What the cut-off hides
Per-second price is only half the picture. gemini-omni-flash-1.1 clips stop at 10 seconds (and run 3 to 10), minimax-h3 and minimax-h3-max start at 5, and the tiers under ten cents are mostly draft resolutions.
- Need 1080p under ten cents: nothing qualifies. The nearest is
kling-3with audio off at $0.14 a second (4 to 15 s), thengemini-omni-flash-1.1at $0.1875.grok-imagine-video-1.5is flat at $0.0125 across 480p and 720p, runs 4 to 15 seconds and is image-to-video only, so it needs a first-frame image. - Need 30-second clips:
wan-3.0at 480p qualifies and goes to 30 seconds. - Need the longest single take cheaply: check
wan-3.0first.
Using the list
At ten cents a second, $10 buys 100 seconds of the most expensive qualifying setting (minimax-h3-max at 768p), and 800 seconds on the cheapest. Pick the row that has the duration and resolution you need, then check the clip length limit in the catalog.
Sume reserves the full price at submit, so the number in the table is also the amount that must be free in the balance when you send the request. If it is not, the call fails with 402 insufficient_credits before any provider work starts.
Worked examples
A full 30-second Wan 3.0 clip at 480p is 30 x $0.0625 = $1.875, the longest single take on this list. A 15-second Grok Imagine Video 1.5 clip, its ceiling, is 15 x $0.0125 = $0.1875 at 480p or 720p, starting from your own still. A 10-second MiniMax H3 clip at 768p is $0.75, and the same clip on minimax-h3-max is $1.00.
Rates here come from the same estimators Sume uses at submit. GET /v1/videos/models lists the supported resolutions and durations for each id, so check it before you pin a row.
