Amazon video at 30, 60 or 90 seconds: Sume jobs per model and cost
Amazon says its best shoppable videos run 30 to 90 seconds. On Sume that is 3 to 9 jobs depending on the model, from $3.75 to $52.02 for 90 seconds.

A 90-second Amazon video is 3 jobs on Wan 3.0 or Seedance 2.5, 9 on Gemini Omni Flash and 6 on Kling Video v3 Pro, and it costs $11.25 on Wan 3.0 at 720p up to $52.02 on Seedance 2.5 at 720p. Amazon's seller page (read 2026-10-08) says its most successful shoppable videos run 30 to 90 seconds and put the key benefit in the first 5 to 10 seconds. The jobs are joined into one video on a Sume timeline.
What Amazon's page says about length
The page recommends 30 to 90 seconds and gives examples at 26, 29, 30 and 32 seconds. It also lists a duration range of 1 to 12 minutes in its spec box, which sits oddly beside that advice. Check the upload screen in Seller Central for the minimum before you build a 30-second cut.
The page allows up to 4 shoppable videos per ASIN and files up to 5 GB in .mov or .mp4 at up to 1080p.
Jobs and cost per model
The video-router catalog caps one job at 30 seconds on Wan 3.0 and Seedance 2.5, 15 on Kling Video v3 Pro and 10 on Gemini Omni Flash 1.1. Sume sells each row at provider list times 1.25, rounded up to the cent per job. Seedance 2.5 is priced by tokens, so the 720p 16:9 figure uses 1280 by 720 pixels at 24 fps.
| Model | Max per job | 30 seconds | 60 seconds | 90 seconds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wan 3.0, 720p | 30 s | 1 job, $3.75 | 2 jobs, $7.50 | 3 jobs, $11.25 |
| Seedance 2.5, 720p, 16:9 | 30 s | 1 job, $17.34 | 2 jobs, $34.68 | 3 jobs, $52.02 |
| Gemini Omni Flash 1.1, 720p | 10 s | 3 jobs, $3.75 | 6 jobs, $7.50 | 9 jobs, $11.25 |
| Kling Video v3 Pro, audio off | 15 s | 2 jobs, $4.20 | 4 jobs, $8.40 | 6 jobs, $12.60 |
| Kling Video v3 Pro, audio on | 15 s | 2 jobs, $6.30 | 4 jobs, $12.60 | 6 jobs, $18.90 |
Joining the jobs
Sume's Timeline joins clips into one video. The fixed rates are $0.02 per compose job and $0.10 per output minute, rounded up to a started minute, so a 90-second render bills as 2 minutes, $0.20. The assembly cost is under 25 cents against a clip bill of $11.25 or more.
The first 5 to 10 seconds carry the key benefit, so generate the opening clip first, check it, and only then pay for the rest.
- Kling audio on adds $0.07 a second over audio off, shown in the last row.
- Omni needs 9 jobs for 90 seconds, so job overhead and continuity between clips are the real cost.
- Seedance 2.5 at 1080p is priced at a higher token rate, so do not scale the 720p number.
Which row to pick
If cost matters most, Wan 3.0 and Omni at 720p tie on price, and Wan needs a third of the jobs. If the clip needs a rewrite-friendly structure, shorter jobs let you redo one scene without paying for 30 seconds again. Always run the opening 5 to 10 seconds as its own job.
