$47 of 15-second clips: how many fit on Seedance, Wan and MiniMax H3

A $47 balance buys 41 fifteen-second MiniMax H3 clips at 768p, 25 on Wan 3.0 at 720p, 8 on Seedance 2.0 and 5 on Seedance 2.5. Arithmetic and leftovers.

$47 buys 41 fifteen-second clips on MiniMax H3 at 768p, 31 on H3 Max at 768p, 25 on Wan 3.0 at 720p, 8 on Seedance 2.0 at 720p and 5 on Seedance 2.5 at 720p. 15 s is the longest clip that all five of these models accept, which is why it is used here. Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 stops at 10 s and is covered at the end.

Clip counts and leftover balance

Each clip is 15 s at the stated rate, so the clip price is 15 times the per-second rate. The count is $47 divided by the clip price, rounded down. MiniMax H3 has no 720p tier; its native tiers are 480p and 768p, so 768p is used. Rates are provider list times 1.25, read 2026-10-09.

15-second clips that $47 buys at about 720p, as of 2026-10-09

The Omni exception

Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 accepts 3 to 10 s, so a 15-second clip is not available as one job. A 10-second 720p Omni clip is 10 x $0.125 = $1.25, and $47 buys 37 of them. Two 10-second clips give 20 s, so they are not equal in length to a 15-second clip; compare per second, not per clip.

Reading the leftover column

The leftover balance is more than a rounding detail. On MiniMax H3 at 768p, 41 clips cost $46.125 and leave $0.875, which is less than one more clip at $1.125. On Wan 3.0 at 720p, 25 clips cost $46.875 and leave $0.125. On Seedance 2.0, 8 clips cost $45.36 and leave $1.64, enough for one 4-second 480p clip ($0.70308) or a 5-second 480p clip ($0.87885).

That kind of leftover is where a lower tier earns its place: spend the remainder on draft renders at 480p rather than leaving it idle. Remember the leftover is only usable if it still clears each model's minimum duration, which is 4 s for Seedance and 5 s for the MiniMax rows.

Why the reservation matters at this size

Sume reserves each job's full price when you submit it. With $47 and a 5-clip Seedance 2.5 run at $8.667 each, five submits in a row reserve $43.335 and leave $3.665, which is less than the $8.667 a sixth needs, so a sixth job returns 402 insufficient_credits before any provider work begins. Spend is captured only when a job completes; a failed job releases its hold.

If you run the clips in parallel, the plan's concurrency limit and queue capacity also decide how many can be accepted at once. See the generation admission page for the Free, Pro, Startup and Scale limits.
