$13 buys between 9 seconds of Seedance 2.5 at 1080p and 208 seconds of Wan 3.0 or MiniMax H3 at 480p on Sume, a 23-fold spread, because Sume bills each model per output second at the provider list price times 1.25. The table divides $13 by each catalog rate and rounds down to whole seconds.

A flat $13 is a useful number for a small test budget: it is not a plan tier, only a round figure that is not a multiple of anything in the price list, so the answers do not land on tidy numbers.

Seconds per $13, every row

Rates are USD per output second at default options, read from the Sume catalog and pricing data on 2026-10-09. The last column is 13 divided by the rate, floored. It counts total seconds across all clips, so check the duration column in the next section before you plan clip counts.

Where the clip minimums bite

The totals above assume you can slice the budget into any length. You cannot: each model has a valid duration range. Seedance 2.5 accepts 4 to 30 s, Seedance 2.0 accepts 4 to 15 s, Wan 3.0 accepts 2 to 30 s, MiniMax H3 and H3 Max accept 5 to 15 s, and Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 accepts 3 to 10 s.

At 1080p, $13 on Seedance 2.5 is 9 s, which fits two 4-second clips with 1 s left unspent, since one 4-second 1080p clip costs 4 x $1.42155 = $5.6862. On Wan 3.0 at 1080p the same $13 is 52 s, enough for five 10-second clips with 2 s of budget over.

How to use the number

Pick the resolution first, because it moves the rate far more than the model choice does inside the Wan, H3 and Omni rows. Then take the model whose duration range fits your clip length. The reservation at submit is the full price of the clip, so a $13 balance cannot start a job that costs more than $13 even if the cheaper jobs would have fit.

The numbers are list-times-1.25 estimates at default options. The job's usage.cost on the poll response is the billable amount.
