25-second avatar clip with a product: $4.85, $6.45 or $14.50 by tier
On Sume, a 25-second avatar clip with a product costs $4.85 on Standard, $6.45 on Plus and $14.50 on Max. Per second: $0.194, $0.258 and $0.58.
With a product image, Sume avatar video is $0.194 per second on Standard, $0.258 on Plus and $0.58 on Max. A 25-second clip is therefore $4.85, $6.45 and $14.50.
With and without a product
The same clip without a product image is cheaper by a fixed amount per second.
| Tier | No product, /s | With product, /s | 25 s no product | 25 s with product |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $0.184 | $0.194 | $4.60 | $4.85 |
| Plus | $0.245 | $0.258 | $6.13 | $6.45 |
| Max | $0.550 | $0.580 | $13.75 | $14.50 |
Picking a tier
Max with a product costs 0.58 / 0.194 = 3.0 times Standard. The avatar video docs describe how a job is requested and billed; read them for the accepted duration range before you pick a script length.
Worked example and checks
Where each tier fits is a question about the audience, not the budget alone. A Standard clip at $4.85 is the cheapest way to test a script. If the script converts, spending $14.50 on Max for the final version is a 3x step on a 25-second asset, which is small against paid media spend. Do the test at the low tier and only the winner at the high tier.
Duration is the other lever. Cutting the same message from 25 to 18 seconds on Standard with a product saves 7 x 0.194 = $1.36 per clip, and over 40 variants that is $54.32.
What is separate
Rates are per second of finished video. They do not include the one-off avatar creation fee of $0.95, any caption pass, or a timeline render. Sume bills model and tool usage at the published rate on top of the plan fee, so the plan price is separate from every number in this post.
