A $250 holiday ad budget covers 80 fifteen-second ads on Wan 3.0 at 720p, 20 retakes, 10 winners re-rendered at 1080p, 120 stills, 80 voice lines, 8 music beds and 80 renders for $244.14, which leaves $5.86 spare. The split below is arithmetic you can change: swap the counts and the rates stay the same.

Wan 3.0 lists at $0.05, $0.10 and $0.20 per output second at 480p, 720p and 1080p on Alibaba Cloud (read 2026-10-07). Sume bills the provider list times 1.25 on every video-router model, so the Sume rates are $0.0625, $0.125 and $0.25 per second.

The line items

Most of the money goes to video seconds, so decide the clip count first and let the small items follow. Each row multiplies a count by a rate from the Sume catalog.

Where the split can move

A 1080p re-render costs twice a 720p one, so it only pays for clips you already know will carry spend. Finishing ten winners at 1080p adds $37.50, about 15 percent of the plan.

Stills, voice, music and renders add up to $19.14 together, roughly 10 extra 15-second clips. Cutting clip count frees more budget than cutting those lines.

  • Raise the retake share if your prompts are new this season. A 25 percent retake rate is $37.50 here.
  • Wan 3.0 accepts 2 to 30 seconds per job, so a 15-second ad is one job, not two stitched clips.
  • Timeline bills $0.10 per output minute rounded up, so a 15-second render still costs the full $0.10.

Reading the receipt after the run

Spend is what the wallet captured, not what you reserved. Sume's usage ledger records each job as reserved, captured or refunded, and a failed job releases its hold. If 6 of the 100 Wan jobs in this plan fail and are refunded, the captured total falls by 6 times $1.875, or $11.25.

That makes the plan a ceiling rather than a forecast. Plan to the full figure, then let refunds and unused retakes return the difference to the balance.

Keep one more habit: record the per-clip price next to each batch, since it is the number you reuse. At 720p a 15-second ad is $1.875 and at 1080p it is $3.75, so a plan with twice the winners at 1080p adds $37.50 more.

If the budget is $125 instead

Halve the counts and keep the shape. Forty 720p ads, 10 retakes and 5 winners at 1080p cost $112.50 on the clip lines. The stills, voice, music and renders scale with the ad count, so they add about $9.57. Check the total against your wallet before you submit, and keep the arithmetic in a spreadsheet next to the batch.

Order of spending

Run the stills and one batch of drafts first, then commit the retake and winner lines. That way the plan holds until you have seen the first results, and the unspent portion stays in the wallet.

Check it against the wallet

Before submitting the batch, read your balance and compare it with the sum of reserves. Sume reserves each job's estimate at submit, and a job that cannot reserve returns 402 insufficient_credits before any provider work. The 20-dollar video table shows how far smaller wallets go, and the minimum balance for one job shows the single-job floor.
