25 six-second product loops: what 480p, 720p and 1080p cost on Sume
A catalog of 25 six-second loops costs $9.375 at Wan 480p and $37.50 at 1080p on Sume. Per-second rates and resolution steps, with fal list prices.

Looping product clips are the plainest video budget there is: same length, same count, one variable. Suppose a catalog needs 25 loops of 6 seconds each. The only price decision is resolution, because Sume bills these models per second of output, at the provider list price times 1.25.
The list rates are from each model's fal page, read 2026-10-05: Wan 3.0 at $0.05, $0.10 and $0.20 per second for 480p, 720p and 1080p; MiniMax H3 at $0.05 for 480p and $0.06 for 768p; Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 at $0.10 for 720p. MiniMax H3 Max uses the regular fal list of $0.08 at 768p; fal currently shows a promotion ($0.048) that ends October 15. Sume's catalog formula is list x 1.25 rounded up to the next cent (ceil usd cents), so a billed job can land a cent above these unrounded figures; read usage.cost for the real amount.
Cost of 25 loops
| Model and resolution | Sume per second | One loop | 25 loops |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wan 3.0 480p | $0.0625 | $0.375 | $9.375 |
| Wan 3.0 720p | $0.125 | $0.75 | $18.75 |
| Wan 3.0 1080p | $0.25 | $1.50 | $37.50 |
| MiniMax H3 480p | $0.0625 | $0.375 | $9.375 |
| MiniMax H3 768p | $0.075 | $0.45 | $11.25 |
| MiniMax H3 Max 768p | $0.10 | $0.60 | $15.00 |
| Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 720p | $0.125 | $0.75 | $18.75 |
What resolution costs
For Wan 3.0 the step from 480p to 720p doubles the price, and 720p to 1080p doubles it again: 25 loops go from $9.375 to $18.75 to $37.50. That is a 4x range for the same prompts.
A good habit is to approve compositions at 480p and rerender only the approved ones higher. If you approve 8 of 25 at 480p and rerender those 8 at 1080p, the total is $21.375, versus $37.50 if every loop was made at 1080p first.
Check where the loops will appear. A thumbnail grid does not need 1080p; a hero banner might.
- Keep duration constant while you compare resolutions.
- Rerender only the approved clips at the final tier.
- Read live rates from the model catalog, not from this table, before a large run.
