15 vs 30-second vertical clip on Sume: cost by model at 720p
At 720p a 15 s clip costs $1.13 on H3 and $8.67 on Seedance 2.5. Only Wan 3.0 and Seedance 2.5 reach 30 s: $3.75 and $17.33. Full table.

Prices are the per-second Sume rates, list times 1.25, multiplied by the length. MiniMax H3 is native 768p, so its row uses 768p. Kling 3 is shown with audio on ($0.21 a second); audio off is $0.14.

Why Seedance costs more per second
Seedance is token-priced: tokens per second are width x height x 24 / 1024, then the list rate per 1,000 tokens, then the 1.25 margin. A 720x1280 frame is 21,600 tokens per second. Wan is a flat $0.125 per second at 720p.
The gap
For the same 30 seconds, Wan 3.0 is $3.75 against $17.33 for Seedance 2.5. Whether the difference is worth it is a judgement about the shot, not the price list.
