Wix Stores wants 3000x3000 images: check your model's cap

Wix Stores lists 3000 x 3000 px as its minimum product image. Check GET /v1/images/models for each model's largest size before you generate for it.

Wix Stores lists 3000 x 3000 pixels as its minimum product image resolution, supports 16:9, 3:2, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4, 2:3 and 9:16 ratios, and recommends 1:1 for mobile. Check the model's largest output before you generate for Wix, because some image models stop below 3000 pixels on a side. List capabilities with GET /v1/images/models first.

The numbers are from Wix's help article, read on 2026-10-02.

What does Wix say?

The article gives image and video limits.

Can the model reach 3000 pixels?

Not always. The Sume Image API serves resolution tiers (512, 1K, 2K, 4K) and does not accept an explicit pixel size. Models differ in their cap: gpt-image-2.5's largest square is 2880 x 2880, under Wix's 3000. Read GET /v1/images/models and pick a model whose largest size meets the minimum, or upscale from a source that is large enough.

List the models before you pick

This short script prints each model's capabilities from the catalog endpoint so you can read the size limits yourself.

import os, requests

r = requests.get(
    "https://api.sume.com/v1/images/models",
    headers={"Authorization": f"Bearer {os.environ['SUME_API_KEY']}"},
    timeout=30,
)
r.raise_for_status()
body = r.json()
for m in body.get("data", body if isinstance(body, list) else []):
    print(m)
