Wan 3.0 per finished minute with 1, 2 or 3 480p drafts per 30 s
A finished minute is two 30-second blocks. Cost per minute on Sume with one to three 480p drafts per block and a 720p or 1080p final, plus the timeline render.

With one 480p draft per block and a 720p final, a finished minute of Wan 3.0 video costs $11.25 on Sume; with three drafts per block it is $18.75. At a 1080p final the same two cases are $18.75 and $26.25. A minute here is two 30-second Wan 3.0 jobs, because the model reaches 30 seconds in one request.
Per-minute table
Each row is two blocks of 30 seconds: n drafts at 480p, then one final. No timeline render yet.
| Drafts per block | 720p final | 1080p final |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $11.25 | $18.75 |
| 2 | $15.00 | $22.50 |
| 3 | $18.75 | $26.25 |
Joining the blocks
The two finals are separate files, so a Timeline render joins them. Timeline 1.0 is billed at $0.10 per output minute, rounded up, so a 60-second cut adds $0.10. A 1-draft, 720p minute with the join is $11.35.
Where the money goes
Drafts are cheap relative to finals. A 480p block is $1.875 against $7.50 at 1080p, so three drafts still cost less than one 1080p final:
- 3 x 480p drafts = $5.625
- 1 x 1080p final = $7.50
- The drafts pay off when they stop you spending a second 1080p final on a bad take.
Per-second view
Divide by 60 for a per-finished-second number: a one-draft 720p minute is $0.1875 per finished second, while a straight 720p minute with no drafts is $0.125. The difference is the price of insurance against a bad final.
Set your own number
Track how many drafts you actually need before a take is approved over a week of work, and replace the 1, 2 or 3 above with that average. Each draft is a full new generation at full price, and the arithmetic does not change with the prompt.
