Cost of one finished minute of AI video by model, with 1, 2 or 3 takes

What 60 seconds of finished AI video costs on Sume at 720p or 768p across Seedance 2.5, Wan 3.0, Omni Flash and MiniMax H3, when you keep every take or 1 in 3.

A finished minute of AI video costs between $4.50 and $34.67 on Sume at the sizes in the table below, if every clip you generate is a keeper. If you need three takes per shot to get one you keep, multiply by three: $13.50 to $104.00. The spread comes from the model, not the length: price is linear in output seconds for these models, so 12 clips of 5 seconds cost the same as 6 clips of 10 seconds (Sume video docs, read 2026-10-06).

Sume bills the provider's list price times 1.25, reserved when you submit and settled on the finished job. The per-second rates here are 720p for Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2, Seedance 2 Fast, Seedance 2 Mini, Wan 3.0 and Gemini Omni Flash 1.1, and 768p for MiniMax H3 and H3 Max.

What does 60 seconds cost at each take count?

Takes per keeper is the number of generations you pay for to get one clip you use. It is your own number: measure it on a few shots before you trust a budget.

Cost of 60 seconds of finished video at Sume's rates (list x 1.25), no reference video, 16:9, read 2026-10-06

Why is the Seedance row a different shape?

Seedance is billed on video tokens: width x height x seconds x 24 / 1024, times a rate per 1,000 tokens, times 1.25. At 720p 16:9 that works out to the per-second figures above. Wan, Omni and H3 are billed per second at a rate that depends on the resolution. If you attach a reference video to Seedance 2.5, Sume's estimate adds an assumed input length, so the table does not apply to that mode; see the reference video price post.

How should I choose between a cheap model with 3 takes and a dear one with 1?

Compare the 3-take column of one model against the 1-take column of another. Wan 3.0 at three takes costs $22.50 a minute, while Seedance 2.5 at one take costs $34.668 and Seedance 2 Mini at two takes costs $22.68. The numbers do not say which looks better; they say what the better look has to be worth. Run the same five shots through two candidates at 480p first: Wan's 480p rate is $0.0625 per second, half its 720p price.
