On Google's own pricing page an 8-second 720p Veo 3.1 clip costs $3.20 on Standard, $0.80 on Fast and $0.40 on Lite. Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 and Wan 3.0 at 720p each sell on Sume for $1.00 list, or $1.25 after Sume's x1.25, for 8 seconds, with a 5.5% fee on top. The table shows where those two sit between Veo's tiers.

Google's Gemini API pricing page (read 2026-10-07) lists Veo 3.1 per second of video: Standard $0.40 at 720p and 1080p and $0.60 at 4K; Fast $0.10 at 720p, $0.12 at 1080p and $0.30 at 4K; Lite $0.05 at 720p and $0.08 at 1080p. The 8-second price below is the per-second rate x 8.

What the table says
Veo 3.1 Lite and Fast at 720p are cheaper than Omni Flash or Wan 3.0 on Sume for the same 8 seconds. Veo Standard is above them. The Sume rows are different models from the Veo rows, so this table compares what you would pay at Google with what you would pay on Sume for a different model, not for the same one. Choosing
