UGC-style Black Friday ad in three parts: 4, 8 and 3 seconds for $2.18
TikTok's Black Friday guide wants a 3-5 s opener, a benefits middle and a direct close. Three Omni 720p clips (4+8+3 s), a stitch and captions cost $2.18.

TikTok's Black Friday guide recommends a three-part ad: an opening of 3 to 5 seconds that uses teasers, countdowns, or discount reveals, a middle that shows product benefits and seasonal relevance, and a close with a direct call to action (TikTok Ads guide, read 2026-10-05). It also lists unboxings, day-in-the-life clips, and product demonstrations as high performing, and says community-led content outperforms overly polished video. A 15-second UGC-style cut of 4 + 8 + 3 seconds costs $2.18 on Sume.
The three clips
Each part is its own Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 clip, which takes 3 to 10 seconds, at 720p and 9:16. Omni lists at $0.10 per second at 720p and Sume bills list times 1.25 = $0.125 per second. Clip prices are rounded up to the cent on each clip's total.
Timeline 1.0 stitches the three at $0.10 for the first output minute, and one caption job at $0.20 burns the offer across the whole cut.
| Part | TikTok role | Length | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Opening | Teaser, countdown, or discount reveal (3-5 s) | 4 s | $0.50 |
| Middle | Product benefits and seasonal relevance | 8 s | $1.00 |
| Close | Direct call to action | 3 s | $0.38 |
| Timeline stitch | First output minute | 15 s | $0.10 |
| Captions | Burned offer text | 15 s | $0.20 |
| Total | 15 s | $2.18 |
Keep it honest
A generated demo is a demonstration, not a customer. Do not present it as a real unboxing or a real customer. Use the guide's own formats as shapes for what the clip shows, such as a hands-on demo or a day-in-the-life scene, and put real customer clips through Spark Ads if you have them. The guide lists Spark Ads as a way to amplify organic videos with social proof.
Ask for a handheld, natural-light look in the prompt if you want a UGC feel, and keep the middle part to one benefit, since 8 seconds is not enough for three.
What to ask the model for
For the opening, ask for one visible action in the first second, such as a hand pressing a button or a box lid opening, and leave the discount reveal to captions so it can change. For the middle, ask for one product doing one thing. For the close, ask for a clean product frame with space for the call to action.
Omni Flash writes native synced audio on every clip. If the three clips sound different, add a music bed and set the spine in Timeline so the cut sounds like one piece, which is $0.125 more for a track.
Variants
Change only the opening and keep the rest. Five openings with the same middle and close share two of the three clips, so the new cost per variant is the opening ($0.50), a stitch ($0.10), and captions ($0.20) = $0.80. The same two shared clips cost $1.38 once.
