Trendyol image size 1200x1800 and what to ask Sume for
Trendyol's Product Create v2 API doc: 1200x1800 px at 96 dpi, up to 8 images per barcode, https URLs. The 2:3 Sume request that fits.

What image size does Trendyol require?
Trendyol's Product Create v2 documentation says image dimensions must be 1200x1800 pixels at 96 dpi, that up to 8 images can be added to one barcode, and that image URLs must be SSL-certified https addresses. That is a portrait 2:3 image (1200 / 1800 = 2 / 3).
The same page, as I read it, does not list accepted file formats or a maximum file size, so this post does not state any.
| Field | What the page says |
|---|---|
| Dimensions | 1200x1800 pixels |
| Resolution | 96 dpi |
| Images per barcode | A maximum of 8 |
| Image URL | SSL-certified https address |
| Formats, file size | Not given on this page |
Which Sume model gives a 2:3 image?
Not openai/gpt-image-2.5: its aspect list is auto, 1:1, 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4, 5:4, 9:8, 4:5, and 1800 is not a multiple of 16, so 1200x1800 is not a legal custom size there. Nano Banana Pro (google/nano-banana-pro) lists 2:3 and resolution tiers 0.5K, 1K, 2K, 4K. Seedream also lists 2:3.
Ask for aspect_ratio: "2:3" and a tier at or above your target. Sume's docs say that on Nano Banana exact pixels are a documented post-step through the job target_pixels, so the native output is the right ratio, not a promised 1200x1800 file.
curl -X POST https://api.sume.com/v1/images \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $SUME_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"model": "google/nano-banana-pro",
"prompt": "Same product, unchanged, full frame, plain white background, portrait, no text, no logo",
"input_references": [{"type": "image_url", "image_url": {"url": "https://example.com/packshot.png"}}],
"aspect_ratio": "2:3",
"resolution": "2K",
"output_format": "jpeg"
}'What about the https and the 8-image rules?
Sume returns Sume-hosted media URLs under https://media.sume.com/... in data[].url, so the https requirement is met by the result URL shape in the docs. Check that the URL stays valid for how Trendyol fetches it.
For eight images, run the request for each angle; most models take n of 1 to 4 per the catalog code.
| Trendyol field | Sume field | Value |
|---|---|---|
| 1200x1800 (2:3) | aspect_ratio | 2:3 on Nano Banana Pro |
| Enough pixels | resolution | 2K |
| Exact 1200x1800 | Post-step | Job target_pixels on Nano Banana |
| https URL | Result data[].url | media.sume.com https URL |
| 8 images | Several calls | n 1 to 4 each |
What stays your job?
The 96 dpi value is file metadata, and the Image API docs list no field for it, so set it in your own pipeline or confirm with Trendyol that pixel dimensions are what is checked. Confirm the exact pixel size of the downloaded file before pushing it to your Trendyol listing.
