A UGC-style ad test is ten short talking clips, one hook each. On the page read today, Creatify lists Starter at $39 a month with 100 credits, and Pro at $99 with 300 credits and 5 seats. I did not read how many credits one video uses, so I cannot say how many of the ten ads either plan covers. What I can compute is the Sume side.

Ten ads on Sume

Avatar video bills per second, with standard, plus (the default) and max tiers. The avatar docs accept scripts that run 4 to 60 seconds.

Ten 15-second avatar ads, read 2026-10-05
TierRate per secondOne 15-second adTen ads
Standard$0.184$2.76$27.60
Plus (default)$0.245$3.68$36.75
Max$0.55$8.25$82.50

Add the avatar and retries

The avatar itself costs $0.95 to create once, then every ad reuses it. If two of the ten hooks need a second take, add two ads: $5.52 at standard. So a ten-hook test with a new avatar and two retakes is about $34.07 at standard.

How it compares

Without the Creatify credit cost per video, the safest comparison is plan against plan. Creatify's $39 or $99 monthly fee against a $27.60 to $34.07 one-off test makes metered pricing cheaper for one test, and subscriptions better for a steady stream of ads. Pro on Creatify also lists 5 seats; on Sume, a team shares one wallet and an API key rather than buying seats.

  • Write ten different first lines; the hook is the test, not the avatar.
  • Render the standard tier first and only upgrade the winner to plus or max.
  • Check the reserve on your wallet before launching all ten: Pro runs 4 jobs at once, so ten ads queue in three waves.
  • Keep the winner's script, so the next round starts from a real result.
