Seedance 2.5 1080p: request it and what it costs
Seedance 2.5 offers 480p, 720p and 1080p on Sume. Set resolution to 1080p, see the reserved cost at 5, 10 and 15 seconds, and the vendor's output notes.
Seedance 2.5 supports 1080p: set "resolution": "1080p" on seedance-2.5 in POST /v1/videos. A 10-second 16:9 clip costs about $14.22 at 1080p against $5.78 at 720p on Sume, because 1080p has both more pixels and a higher token rate.
BytePlus's tutorial lists 480p, 720p and 1080p for Seedance 2.5, and says 2.0 also offers 4K.
What does 1080p cost?

Is there 4K?
Not on seedance-2.5. The Sume catalog lists 480p, 720p and 1080p for it, and the vendor tutorial lists 4K only for 2.0. Pinned models reject a resolution outside the catalog list.
What does the output file look like?
The tutorial says outputs are mp4 or mov and that 1080p is 10-bit H.265. That is the vendor's statement for its own API; check the file you download from Sume with a probe before you depend on a codec.
Should I draft at 480p first?
That is a cost-control habit worth using: test the prompt at 480p, then re-run at 1080p. Sume has no separate draft task, so each pass is its own paid job.
