Sample clip for a YouTube brand pitch: a 6-second Omni preview
Make a short sample clip to pitch a brand on YouTube: Omni 1.1 prices per second and how to hand it over with Ask Studio's pitch help.

To show a brand what you would make for them, send a short concept clip with the pitch. In Sume that is one Gemini Omni Flash 1.1 request: 3 to 10 seconds, 9:16, with native audio. At 720p a 6-second clip costs $0.75; at 360p, a quick look costs about 11 cents for 3 seconds.
What YouTube announced
At Made on YouTube 2026, YouTube said Ask Studio will soon help creators write tailored responses to brand briefs, build proactive pitches and tune a media kit (YouTube Blog). That is text help. The footage in a pitch is still yours to make, and a rough, honest concept clip is easier for a brand to judge than a paragraph.
The request
gemini-omni-flash-1.1 accepts 3 to 10 seconds at 360p, 720p, 1080p or 4K, in 16:9 or 9:16, with native synced audio that cannot be switched off. It takes image and video references, so a product photo can anchor the shot. The sume/auto default also resolves to Omni for text, first-frame and reference requests.

}'What it costs
The repo's rate card for this model (fal list, dated 2026-08-28) is $0.03 per second at 360p, $0.10 at 720p, $0.15 at 1080p and $0.30 at 4K, with Sume's 1.25 multiplier on top. The table is that arithmetic for the three sizes a pitch clip is likely to use.
| Resolution | Per second | 3 s | 6 s | 10 s |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 360p | 0.0375 | 0.1125 | 0.225 | 0.375 |
| 720p | 0.125 | 0.375 | 0.75 | 1.25 |
| 1080p | 0.1875 | 0.5625 | 1.125 | 1.875 |
A cheap way to iterate
Draft at 360p to check the idea, then render the keeper at 720p. If the pitch needs a longer reel, cut two or three clips together in Timeline 1.0 at $0.10 per output minute and add a voiceover line or captions.
Be plain about what it is
Say in the pitch that the clip is a concept made with AI, and do not present it as footage of the brand's real product. The brand's product photos and logo belong in your reference inputs only if you have the right to use them. Sume generates the preview; YouTube Studio and the brand handle the deal itself.
