Runway's API pricing page lists gemini_omni_flash_1.1 at 3.4 to 30 credits per second from 360p to 4K, plus reference fees. At $0.01 a credit that is $0.034 a second at 360p and $0.30 at 4K. Sume's gemini-omni-flash-1.1 bills $0.0375 at 360p and $0.375 at 4K.

The two ends of the range

The page also lists reference fees; I did not find a per-reference figure for Omni 1.1 in what I read, so they are left out of the table.

What the gap is

Sume's number is the list rate times 1.25, and its pricing tables hold Google's list at $0.03 at 360p and $0.30 at 4K. Runway's endpoints are within a cent of those list rates, so Runway's price is close to list at both ends while Sume's carries the multiple.

What you get on Sume

Omni on Sume is 3 to 10 seconds, 360p to 4K, in 16:9 or 9:16 with native audio. It takes image and video references (no audio), and a video_url edit mode through the Video Router. A 4K 10-second clip is $3.75 on Sume.

Which to use

Pay Runway if you already work in Runway credits and want Omni next to Gen-4.5 and Veo. Use Sume if you want Omni through one API alongside Wan, Seedance and Kling, with one bill.

A worked 8-second clip

An 8-second Omni 1.1 clip at 4K is $2.40 on Runway at the 30-credit rate and $3.00 on Sume at $0.375 a second. At 360p it is about $0.27 on Runway and $0.30 on Sume. The percentage gap is the same at both ends, 25% or a little less, which is the Sume multiple.

Runway's page also lists fees for references, so a clip with several reference images will sit above the per-second figure. On Sume, per-second billing is the whole of Omni's price in the docs I read; check the finished usage.cost on a test job.
