Alibaba's numbers

Turbo launched on 2026-10-09 together with the Pro tier on Model Studio, according to the Qwen-Image-2.1 repository. The Turbo page lists a limit of 120 requests per minute in every region, and text plus image as input. Billing is per image.

What Sume bills instead

Sume sells hosted image rows through one endpoint, POST /v1/images, and bills the catalog list price times 1.25. The rows below are the Qwen family that the catalog carries today. None of them is 2.1, so the prices are not a like-for-like comparison with Alibaba's page.

How to decide

If you need the 2.1 weights or the 8-step Turbo schedule, call Alibaba's endpoint or run the weights under their license. If you want one key, one bill and one job model across image, video and voice, use the Sume row and check the live catalog before you pin an id.

Confirm what Sume lists with one request, and read the price from the endpoints call rather than from a blog table.
